Specialparts

To further upgrade the H2 engine ExBilletengines has develloped some special parts for the H2:

Aluminum cylinderliners:
Stock castiron cylinderliners can be exchanged for aluminum items. The latter are coated with a nickel based coating containing carbide particles (Nikasil-coating = Mahle trademark). This coating is extremely wearresistant and offers great resistance against pistonseizure.
A change to aluminum liners improves heattransfer from hot piston to coolingfins by a factor four compared to the stock situation with castiron liners. With aluminum liners fitted an H2 can be jetted close to detonation-frontier without risking pistonseizure. Also, cylinderbore will no longer wear out, meaning your H2 will stay rattlefree for years

These liners are CNC-machined to obtain best acuracy of ports. Ports in each other liner are closely matched meaning height, width and position are within 0,1 mm of eachother while angles are the same within similar spec-level. Left picture shows lower entrance of transferport-tunnel, picture on the right shows upper inside-radious of transferport.

Other parts being develloped:
Longstroke crank
Improved clutch for standard triples (H1 + H2)
One piece, newly cast aluminum cylinders with Nikasil coating
Digital ignitionsystem
