Introduction

This is a near original Kawasaki 750 H2A, modelyear 1973. Its a three cylinder two stroke that rocked the world in the early seventies. Unprecedented, raw and outright power made it the bike to have for show,  dragstrip or roadrace. With the addition of todays knowledge of twostroketechology this old dynosaur can and still does rock today. American, European and Australian tuners have worked on this engine to become a beast deliving well over 120 RWHP and 100 Nm of torque for streetuse. Over 220 RWHP can be reached with the aid of nitrous. While pistons, cylinders and crank show excellent dependability even under that kind of power but the gearbox will fail on short notice. Thats when EX-BilletEngines kicks in.

Bike owner: Rick Brett

This all new H2EX billet enginecase is redesigned from the ground up and pairs stock H2 engineparts like crank, cylinders and ignitionsystem with a modern GPZ/ZZR gearboxunit. The H2EX, -EX as in Extended playingtime- drops straight into the stock Kawasaki H2 rolling chassis. The H2 drivegear can now be tuned upto ying yang and power available can be put to good use without having to worry about the gearbox. The H2EX-billetengine looks remarkably stock with stock oilpump- and sprocketcover, generatorunit and cylinders in place.
